 In recent years, the Genting International Showroom, the 6,000-seat Arena of Stars and the 1,700-pax Pavilion have set the stage for a pantheon of world-class entertainers including Cliff Richard, Jim Brickman, Ronan Keating, Air Supply, Bryan Hyland, Vanessa Mae, Westlife, Richard Clayderman, Johnny Tillotson and David Gates.

The climate offers crisp, invigorating mountain air at 1,800 metres above sea level and an average year round temperature of 22°C.

Entertainment

There are two cineplexes to catch the latest movies, a 50-room karaoke centre - Be A Star Karaoke - to sing your heart out, and six new entertainment hotspots, including the newly opened Safari Fun Pub at Genting Hotel, comprising a chic and trendy disco, fun pub and sports bar.

Theme Parks
Visitors to Genting Highlands Resort are spoilt for choice when it comes to the variety of excitement and adventure for thrill seekers at the indoor (First World Complex) and outdoor theme parks. There are over 50 rides and attractions, including five roller coasters, Genting Sky Venture (skydiving simulator) and Snow World - Malaysia’s largest indoor snow house apart from over 500 computer-generated game simulators.

 Food and Beverage
Genting has it all, from fast food outlets, food courts to Malaysian favourites and specialty restaurants serving local and international cuisines apart from the various restaurants and coffee houses at the hotels. All in, there are over 90 F&B outlets to choose from. A real shopping haven where you can literally shop till you drop at the First World Plaza which houses over 80 retail outlets, offering a wide range of merchandises, including many international brands and duty-free goods.

Genting International Convention Centre
A favourite destination for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions, and featuring Malaysia’s largest column-free convention centre with a built-up area of 106,000 sq ft and accommodate up to 6,000 people.
